The titan clash was a battle between the rough titan spawn and the elves. As the newly created Titans protected their domains, the elves were granted divine protection on multiple occasions to keep performing their diplomatic duty between the elementals, fae, and mortals. However, this angered the high primordials as they felt like the purpose of the titans was being undermined. In secret, they gave the Titans access to the godly source so they could in turn create an army. These beings moulded from aggression quickly proliferated through the world, destroying all in their path. The elves and fae took up arms against the titan spawn and managed to fell one of the great Titans themselves. The titan clash ended when the high primordials and the celestials agreed to pull back the great titans and lock their spawn deep within the firmament of the earth. In return, the primordials were allowed to place mortal races of their own on Archon.

Using the titan spawn, the dwarves launch a surprise attack on the elves in Frafoth. Using the attack as a distraction, the Merfolk seize the opportunity to attack Etressi. The elves enlist the help of the fae to fight their old enemies once more, in addition to asking the reptillians for aid. The reptillians are attacked by the titan spawn and join in the war. The Avians are livid, seeing the reptillians attack the titan spawn instead of appeasing it and start attacking Surbat. The battle is fierce and the great titans rejoin the fight with their old spawn back at their side. In turn, each of the great titans is felled and from their blood the Giants sprang. Creatures like trolls and etins, but also more unspeakable spawn came forth. The war devolved in an all out battle on all fronts. It ended with the arrival of the Goliaths, who broke a peace by fiercely stopping the battles.
