Passar is the second level of Invernus and reigns over the souls who have been tempted by the vices of the flesh. While the devils of Passar revel in their carnal desires, the damned are eternally flayed in a torrent of boiling winds. # Hierarchy * Passar is ruled by Duke Naamah, the lustful. Naamah is a tall and lean devil with slender gemstone horns. His devious smile and piercing eyes make his charms irresistible even to the most prude of mortals. Mainly found in his palace or in the Satin Houses, Naamah fills his days with pleasures of the body. * Chancellor Mysera is in charge of the Satin Houses and of ensuring the pleasures of Naamah are met. Her sullen passion after her broken heart with Silvana causes her to be able to focus on her duties without being distracted by the pleasures around her. * The Aphrodizars of the Satin Houses cause the intense temperature of Passar due to their passionate orgies. * The Dominars ensure the security of the temples and houses of Passar and making sure that the souls of the damned are processed properly. * The legate of Passar consists of kytons and reign over the damned, flaying their skin so the burning winds deal maximal harm. They are known as the Chain and Whip. * The soldiers of Passar consist of succubi and incubi. They handle the torturing of the damned, as well as working to tempt mortals in the Material Plane. * The notary of Passar keeps track of the flow of souls and the amount of mortals tempted by the soldiers. They consist mainly of pyrragons. * The servants of Passar are known as Pleasure Pods and live to serve the Aphrodizars in fulfilling their wildest desires. # Geography The plains of Passar are split into the higher and lower lands. The lower lands are barren and dry. Large fields of smouldering rock provide little to no cover nor shade for the constant storms of flame that rage through the land. A lack of any kind of moisture leaves the ground broken and cracked. Though there aren't many structures in the lower lands, there is a large bastion known as Kyttarogia. Within its sweltering halls, the Dominars command the Chain and Whip to do their heinous tasks. The higher lands of Passar are known as Paradise. Rolling fields of verdant grass cover the horizon and entice anyone to roll around in them. The gentle breeze ever flowing provide a pleasant cooling during more passionate encounters. Strewn about the rolling hills are the diverse Satin Houses of Mysera. Each of them providing to their own set of pleasures and needs. Set in the middle of Paradise is the castle of Porphet, where Duke Naamah resides. # Government Though Duke of Passar, Naamah mainly concerns himself with the goings on in his own palace, leaving the more nitty gritty details of ruling to his chancellor Mysera. Mysera rules over the Satin Houses, as well as keeping a close eye to the performance of the Dominars. # History # Notable Locations ###### [[Kyttarogia]] Translated as the Flogrise Keep, Kyttarogia is a huge bastion of blood soaked granite, blackened by the constant onslaught of fiery storms that rage over the lower lands. From within the keep, the [[Dominars]] plot out their next victims as they sent forth their [[Chain and Whip]]. ###### [[Porphet]] Known as the castle of Lust, Porphet is the residence of Duke [[Naamah]] and his guests. ###### [[The Satin Houses]] These whore houses are the preferred places for the devils of Passar to spend their time. In them they can fully indulge in their lust, using the [[Pleasure Pods]] for whatever deeds they would like. The satin houses are run by the Chancellor [[Mysera]]. ###### [[Paradise]] The higher levels of Passar, which look out over the inferno below. These rolling hills of soft green grass are blessed with a gentle breeze and a sweet fragrance. Though definitely one of the more pleasant places in [[The Nine Hells|Invernus]], those who are not supposed to be there are quick to be cast down into the lower lands or captured and to be used as the mindless [[Pleasure Pods]] in the [[The Satin Houses|Satin Houses]].
