Each domain rules over their own tenets and concepts and is represented by a Prime Celestial. Together the 12 Prime Celestials make the Celestial Pantheon. The domains are the primal powers that define what it means to be celestial. They represent the mental and spiritual strengths and weaknesses of life in the planes, as well as ruling over the physical and metaphysical rules and laws that govern the natural world. Though sometimes the domains are opposed to each other, each domain is a constant in the world and should always exist in some form or way.
