*Cosmic Leviathans* The time hounds are creatures from outside of the universe. They live outside of the void, the unbridled chaos, and outside time. They permeate the empty spaces between the infinite pathway. There they search for any and all aberrations in time, which allow them to slip into the timestream and feast on the potential chronic energies of that which would have been. When a time hound consumes something, it feeds on the time it had experienced, erasing it from the timeline. In addition, it is emboldened by the potential future of the item, feeding it further.
