*Prime Daemon*
Nestled between the domains of [[Cardinal Chaos#Un|Un]] and [[Cardinal Chaos#Feth|Feth]] lies the hunting grounds of Ravantoth (*pronounced: ra-WAN-toth*). The grey hills of barren trees are stalked by the animalistic demons of the Hungry One. At its centre, Ravantoth's lair, strewn with the gnawed bones of bygone quarries, lies protected in a grove of thorned vines.
#### Description
Known as the Hungry One, Ravantoth looks like an amalgamation of multiple mangey canine and feline creatures. Though its rib-cage is showing and its joints are protruding through its skin, there is a well defined musculature throughout its body. Its deranged head contorts to a misshapen maw filled with an unnatural amount of teeth, while its long and slender limbs are crowned with large claws. Ravantoth usually fights bare handed, not wanting to influence its win with the help of mere weapons.
#### Personality
The Hungry One lives by one and one principle alone: To eat, or to be eaten. Seeing all of existence as a race for the apex, a brutal game to prove who wins life, it hunts and kills and feasts in perpetuum. Those who fall to the trappings of the kill or be killed ideology are empowered by the Hungry One, gaining great strength and ferocity, in addition to a hunger for the flesh of their enemies. Ravantoth loves the hunt almost as much as it loves the feast afterwards. It heralds and guides their warriors to the top of the food chain, killing all that dare face them and preparing them for the final hunt, a game of death between Ravantoth and its followers to determine the final winner of life.
#### Abilities
Outside of its great physical prowess, the Hungry One is known to be able to influence the minds of other beings, slowly corrupting their thought-process to eventually fall in line with its own. They also have mental control over its pack of vicious hunterbeasts, gnarled humanoid dogs that are bred only to kill, allowing Ravantoth to control the pack from a large distance and sense all that they can sense. It is also believed that the mere presence of Ravantoth can instil a deep fear of it, as the being exhumes a powerful aura that activates each beings natural predation instincts.
