You force a creature within range to stop in time. The target must make a Strength saving throw or be subjected to the spells effect. A creature under a time lock has the Incapacitated condition, can't move or speak, and is unaware of their surroundings. While in a time lock, the creature is immune to all damage types and can't be killed. In addition, any conditions or effects that are active on the target are put on pause until the time lock ends, viewing the first turn without the time lock as the chronological next turn for the conditions and effects. At the end of the targets turn they can try to make the Strength saving throw again to end the spells effect.
