When a creature enters the spell’s area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, they have to succeed on a Strength saving throw or be affected by this spell for as long as the creature is within the spell’s area of effect. A creature affected by this spell halves its speed, it takes a penalty of -2 to AC and Dexterity saving throws, it can’t take reactions, and it can’t breathe.
