When activated, the user must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or suffer 1d12 lightning damage. After activating, the user has an electrifying aura for 1 minute. Any creature standing within 5 feet of the user take 1d8 lighting damage at the start of their turn or the first time they move into the aura. On the users turn, they can choose to take one of the actions of a storm giant. They use the storm giants stats for their attacks. They cannot use Multiattack this way. After being activated, the stone crumbles into dust.
