This potion contains a dark red liquid, which gives off an intense heat through the glass of the vial. As an action, a creature can throw the potion to a point within 60 feet they can see. The potion splashes a 10 foot area originating from that point in hellfire.
Every creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 6d6 fire damage. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage. The fire damage burns through resistance and immunity to fire damage, becoming normal or resistance respectively.
The hellfire stays on the ground in that area for 1 minute. Any creature which starts their turn in the fire or enter it for the first time on their turn take 1d6 fire damage.
