The vial can store up to a collective of levels equal to one 4th level spell slot. As an action, the user can spend one of their spell slots to store the mana into the vial. As an action, the user can also regain spell slots stored into the vial. The restored spell slot can be of any level that the vial can facilitate. For example, if a user stores three 1st level spell slots into the vial, the can take out one 3rd level spell slot and vice versa.
