Each of the hundreds of pages in the book are filled with thick scribbles of intersecting lines. If the book is held up against a wall, which has an open space no further than 80 feet behind it, the book morphs into a door which leads towards that open space. When the door is closed, the book reappears in the hands of the person closing the door. Each time a creature moves through the book, there is a 5% chance they get stuck in the book itself. If so, they are trapped within an endless inky labyrinth. Only the Wish spell can return them from the labyrinth.
